Pean Somouk, 14years old. Found his cloths and cap at dump 3 months ago and bought the boats for USD 0.30 He wants to become a Khmer teacher. Stung Meanchey Municipal Waste Dump  in southern Phnom Penh, in  Stung Meanchey district. Over 500 children works long hours side by side with some 1500 adults.  They all live in the slums surrounding the dump, which covers about 100 acres, or almost 6 hectares. They make less then US$ 1,50 a day
